 Welcome to Shiba Soaps & Scrubs. By accessing our website or purchasing our products, you agree to comply with these terms and conditions, as well as applicable laws of Canada and the United States. 

 All Soap products (Excluding Accessories) from Shiba Soaps & Scrubs are hand-made with natural ingredients. We prioritize cruelty-free practices and do not test on animals. Ensure you review the ingredients list to avoid any potential allergens. 

Order Placement: Orders can be made through our website or other designated platforms.  Shipping: We ship within North America using USPS & UPS. Shipping fees and delivery times are subject to vary based on location and product availability.  

Delivery: Shiba Soaps & Scrubs is not liable for delays or issues once an order is dispatched due to the performance of USPS or UPS.

Returns: We do not accept returns or exchanges unless products are received damaged or defective. 

Refunds: Refunds for damaged or defective items will be processed upon verification. Customers must report issues within 7 days of receiving the product. 

Shiba Soaps & Scrubs shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our products. 

 All content on our platform, including logos, product images, and descriptions, is the property of Shiba Soaps & Scrubs and is protected by Canadian and U.S. copyright laws. Unauthorized use is strictly prohibited.
